The Tiger Den - Newsletter for Ringgold Middle School

Principal's Desk November 1st

Time seems to pick up speed in November and December. Between school, extracurricular activities and the excitement of the upcoming holidays, our calendars fill up fast!
The hustle and bustle can quickly become overwhelming for students and families alike. That is why it is so important for all of us to prioritize our well-being. Simple daily habits, such as the following, can make a world of difference in how we handle stress and stay energized.
  • Rest: Aim for a consistent sleep routine so your mind and body can recharge every night.
  • Nutrition: Fuel your body with balanced meals and stay hydrated throughout the day.
  • Mindful Habits: Take short breaks, spend time outdoors, and carve out a few moments to relax.

Safety and Responsibility Reminder

Maintaining safe and respectful behavior at school helps ensure every student can focus and enjoy their day. Keeping hands and feet to themselves, walking safely in the hallways, and cleaning up after themselves—especially in the lunchroom—creates a clean, positive environment for everyone. When students take pride in their shared spaces and practice personal responsibility, our entire school community thrives. We kindly ask parents to reinforce this message so we can work together to keep our school safe, clean, and welcoming.
